Borissov & Partners has successfully completed the sale of the LPG business operations of Vitogaz Bulgaria EAD (former Shell Gas Bulgaria EAD). As a result of the sale 100% of the issued share capital of Vitogaz Bulgaria EAD was acquired by Erast Ltd.
Vitogaz Bulgaria EAD is one of the leaders on the LPG market in Bulgaria. It covers the full spectrum of activities such as supply, trading, transport, distribution, marketing and sale of LPG and equipment for use of LPG, operation of filling plants, storage of LPG, as well as purchase and use of installations and other equipment used for such activities.
Borissov & Partners was instructed by the seller regarding the Bulgarian end of the sale transaction. The work entailed advice on the whole transaction process, including on corporate and competition matters, share transfer and others.
