Borissov & Partners has advised Victoria Group VM Ltd. on the acquisition of Kempinski Hotel Zografski Sofia.
Built in 1979 “Kempinski Hotel Zografski”, known as the Japanese, is among the largest 5 star hotels in Sofia with over 440 rooms. The sale of “Kempinski” is one of the largest hotel deals in Bulgaria in recent years.
Borissov & Partners did due diligence of the target and represented the buyer before the Bulgarian Competition Protection Commission obtaining merger clearance for the deal.
